Selling blemished or counterfeit knock offs…?
Worst customer service I’ve encountered with an online company. Sold me a $200 flawed pair of “New Balance” as new, then refused to replace them. Was suspicious how quickly they wanted to end the phone call when I mentioned maybe they’re selling seconds or counterfeit knock offs. They accused me of causing the damage and trying to scam them. Definitely wouldn’t buy from them ever again.

It’s the first time my feet haven’t been squished into some boots ever. I don’t know how to act. They do get a little heavy by the end of a 12 to 16,000 step day though.

They did a fantastic job
They did a fantastic job of getting me exactly what I needed and I knew exactly when to expect it at my house both the socks that I got from them and the shoes are awesome. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs socks and shoes, but especially if you have large feet.

I sometimes have trouble getting proper shoes and socks since I wear a size 15 4E to 5E. I very. highly recommend him.
