The vanity itself is excellent quality and exactly as described, so I am very happy with the product. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because the returns policy is quite strict. I was unable to return an unused item that did not fit my space as I was outside the 14 day window and no longer had the original box. This was all in line with their stated policy, but as a customer it felt a bit inflexible, so it is worth being sure before you order.

This goes really nicely in our en-suite bathroom and is a good size. The high quality of the product is noticeable and it is easy to clean.

The vanity looks and feels great, with rich walnut coloured drawers that slide nicely. The sink feels high quality and pairs perfectly with the tap. We had one tap that spat water unevenly but they rectified it and sent a new one. We tried slightly cheaper taps and they did not look and feel as good, so you get what you pay for.

I was looking for a 450mm vanity unit and struggled to find anything that had the look I wanted. The scanalato single door vanity unit ticked all the boxes and is the standout feature of my guest shower room. It looks expensive and high quality and despite it being small at 450mm, as above, still stands out. The choice of colours was excellent, I settled for the walnut but was very tempted by some of the other options. The service was faultless, I had to amend my order to add additional accessories but that was all done over the phone and seamless. I am so pleased overall that 34 St John Street will be my future 'go to' in terms of bathroom products.

These are really high quality products that look great and work really well. Very stylish but also practical. Our bathrooms look fantastic, would highly recommend.

After ordering the vanity unit during installation we noted that the waste traps were unique to 34st John. We had to place an order for the wastes and this delayed the installation. It would have been good for 34st John to advise us of this whilst purchasing the vanity unit.

I have ordered a Shower tray from 34StJohn, it's just what we need, it looks neat, fits well, can't wait to have it all tiled!

Great selection of basin units and colors. We had a narrow space on our new ensuite in the loft and we found exactly the right product. Delivery was fast and great service.

We ordered a very large shower tray at 1800x1000. It was actually the only one online that met our various requirements (one of which wasn’t costing silly money, as some cost thousands). Staff responded well to my questions to check it really did fit this. Unfortunately our bathroom installation is a bit delayed, so I haven’t used it yet, but judging by the heavy weight it should be good quality!
