I would say overall, when things are working, it’s easy and affordable to get medication. However if you do have a problem, whether you call or use their in app messaging system, you will get the same canned answers that don’t actually address what you need and don’t actually solve your problem. The in app messaging seems to utilize robots even if you have a complex question. I used to get real people to answer me but now it’s the same response every time

I never have any issues in receiving my medications. They handle everything for me and my shipment arrives right on time without me having to do anything/remember.

I've had a very bad experience with this company ever since they took over the pill company has been very inconsistent with sending my correct order causing me to have to take other birth control then what I'm used to and I had to spend an extreme a long amount of time talking to several people before I was able to get the birth control pills that I was taking for the past 10 years I have had terrible experiences with nurx unfortunately

Experience has been wonderful and knowing that I can get prescribed birth control by talking with licensed professionals via the easy-to-use mobile app has been life changing.

I ordered almost two months ago and still haven’t received my reusable disc. I spoke to customer service after 2 weeks and she that they were packing mine up to be delivered. Needless to say it’s been 6 weeks since I was told that it was shipping as soon as they packaged it.

I canceled my auto refill and the medication still shipped. Customer service rep was argumentative and unable to help. While I understand that I legally cannot return medications once it has left the pharmacy, there is no legislation prohibiting the issuance of a refund. I am a licensed pharmacist who lives in an area with few options for women's health. I am so disappointed in the customer service that I will no longer recommend nurx as an option for those seeking womens telehealth.

I miss when this company was The Pill Club. It has been great to have my birth control delivered to my house without physically needing to see a DR, but I miss the little goodies I would get with the subscription to TPC. Overall, a great brand, they are helping women everywhere.
