Communication isn't the best it takes a long time to get response. They are quick to take money from your bank but slow to respond. Products aren't very effective. Prices are very.

Disorganized and careless

It’s nice not having to get a primary or dermatologist but they’re not great at answering if you need more refills. Also they change how you get the medications randomly and it can be a pain to fix. However it’s worth the hassle for me

Trying to get an appointment with a doctor these days requires a long wait and my anxiety was waiting for NO ONE. Nurx was super easy, super quick and the medication was mailed right to my door. The doctors are super nice, helpful and informative. The medication has kicked my anxiety into the backseat which has been such a huge difference!

I really didn’t enjoy my experience with Nurx at all. They changed my prescription without telling me why or when it was happening, they bill you every month for your medication along with “ongoing care” instead of just a flat rate for the entire year like other providers do; and it’s never the same date, they charge your card whenever they feel like it every month. Sometimes only two weeks in between charges as well, so you have two charges in the same month. Oh and there was a month where they didn’t ship both of my medications to me in the same package at the same time like they had done ten times before and then tried to call me a liar saying I did have the medication and it was impossible their pharmacy made a mistake. I got tired of being charged every month whenever they felt like it and so I stopped paying because they wanted me to go through a whole process to cancel my subscription instead of canceling it themselves when I asked. If they can change your medications without your knowledge or consent, then surely they can cancel them just as easily.
