Within the first two weeks of purchasing this Popover, I ended up causing some of the fabric to melt (long story!). I called Huckberry and they immediately shipped me a replacement AT NO COST! Besides great service, this jacket is awesome! Great fit, just the right weight and very well made.

This jacket is awesome. I live in michigan, and it is great for the fall weather leading into winter. It beads off water and keeps you warm. I am 5'8 and 205 lbs, fit and I bought a large. It fits perfect. The customer service is also amazing. My first jackets cuff fell apart and I was able to get a replacement sent after a quick and easy phone call with their CS. all in all, you should really buy this jacket.

Have only worn it once, but seems pretty high quality. Ordered an XL (my usual size) but had to exchange for an XXL. The exchange was easy, trouble-free, and quick. Excellent service all the way around. Could not believe how quickly the new one arrived. Thanks for the great service. Pete H

These boots have really changed how I feel day to day. I needed waterproof zero drop for work, and these also look good, feel good. Plus I’m Blown away with huckberrrys customer service. Small issue was taken care of with big help.

I recently bought The Bozeman in mushroom from Huckberry after spending hours and hours browsing the internet comparing different stores that sell Stetson's and ship to the UK. Huckberry was far and away the best value and so I pulled the trigger. Around a week later my hat arrived unopened with the original tags but sadly, with some light damage. It had clearly been shipped to Huckberry in this state and I don't consider them at fault in any way. Anyways, a quick email to their customer service team and my man Cole sorted it that same day - I now have a replacement that is absolutely flawless. The customer service at Huckberry is the best I have ever dealt with, without exception. As a result, I have already ordered a second Stetson from Huckberry (The Rawlins exclusive) and I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival. I'm also eyeing up some Rhodes boots as well!

I had bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas and after a while, part of the stitching came undone near the toe. He reached out to see if they had any suggestions on fixing it and the customer service was amazing! They were so kind to offer to replace the slippers. My husband wears the slippers every day and loves them. We were huge fans of Huckberry before, but after this experience, we love them even more. The products are amazing and the customer service is even better.

I had some Redwing boots that I got for Christmas that blew out. Customer service helped me with contacting redwing and getting me a new pair.

This is really a helpful item. When I go places without a shirt people act kinda funny. Restaurants deny service. It's cool at the beach or the pool, but the rest of the time you need a shirt. It's just a fact of life. This one does a good job.

This is probably the 4th PROOF shirt I've purchased from Huckberry and it has the same great quality I've come to expect. I'm 6'3" tall, 225lbs and opted for the XXL size as my first XL 72hour merino tee was snugger than I'm comfortable rocking. The fit is great, not too loose and not too snug. Arms and waist line fit well too. The hood is a nice compliment as are the finger-loops which may come in handy but are not noticeable when not using them. The color is more of a graphite than black (Stone black may mean not black) and I was hoping it was darker but its got that great Proof Merino feel and is a nice t-shirt weight feel to it. I live in Hong Kong and traditional hoodies are too hot here so this will be getting good use one temps drop a bit. Another gem from Proof and always happy with Huckberry service!
