Shipping was fine but sauces and dressings were always too spicy

Had a small issue on one of the orders, and it was immediately taken care of and sent something my way for the inconvenience. Can't ask for more than good service

Love my Tovala

The Tovala meals are shipped to your door, chilled and packaged perfectly.

Cost high for the portion size but at this time I’m choosing to spend the expensive cost

Shipping started off poorly, due to 3rd party delivery drivers, Tovala reps provided options to ensure the food would arrive to the correct address. So far so good!

I love this oven!!!!

Tovala is great. I was not as impressed with the delivery service company they used that left my new oven in the driveway instead of putting in front of the front door on the porch. I almost ran over it with the car. I have arthritis and though I managed to wrestle it into the garage I could not get it up the stairs to my kitchen. I ended up giving it away to my sister in law who signed up for the food only option with Tovala. Weeks later I ordered my own oven from Amazon and paid the $300.00. It was delivered to my door and I have enjoyed the ease of cooking.

Shipping and service have met my expectations. I feel the initial cost estimates were misleading. I would like to see brown, rather than white rice, and lower sodium options. The meals are very flavorful.

Every time there has been a mishap, Tovala has comped me fairly. Shipping is easy, the prep work is simple, and clean up is a dream. This has given me back my life.

Shipping is good. Food is delicious. Cost is a little high. Oven has glitches and difficulty getting connected to the wifi.
