All the foods needs to be refrigerated. I wish I wouldn’t have ordered it during the holidays when I already have so much food. Thanks

Food is packaged in a very padded box. There are ice packages to keep your food at a safe temperature.

Shipping is ok…had a bad experience with my 2nd order. Order was not received til 1 week after date. I was advised to throw the order away as it probably was not viable.

At first the shipping had a little problem, but after one phone call that problem was resolved immediately.

Tovala oven exceeded my expectations, as has every Tovala meal I've eaten so far. A winning product and meal plan!
