Order NOT received!!
The day the order arrived at my house, the packaging was torn and beaten, the delivery man had left the package so that I could not see the damage, I signed for receipt but when I checked I saw the damage, I told the delivery man, he did the return and picked up the package, to this day I have not had any news or received my scooter, which is paid for.

Gone Scootin'
Never thought I would buy an electric scooter, but after riding a gas powered Honda scooter and then using an electric bike, I realized that the Segway was just what I needed to get to my local train station. I can bring it on the train, store it in my locker, or stuff it in the trunk of my car. Perfect!

My first Segway purchase was a terrible disappointment
I purchased my first Segway scooter a P100s and in the first 20 days it broke down with a battery failure and required me to send it back to Segway. Segway has had my scooter for 3 weeks now and said they don't have parts to fix it or another scooter to replace it. I asked for a refund and I've been waiting for that now for over a week. Segway is extremely slow to respond and they can't support the products they are selling. Extremely disappointed in Segway and I don't recommend anyone purchase from them.

I received a used out of the box scooter.
Bought a new scooter and I was sent a used out of the box scooter. Scooter came with multiple scratches that were intentionally painted over. Alice from Segway said “all our products are put through strict quality tests”, and this was the reason why I received a scooter with out its original box with multiple scratches. Placed my order in Feb 20,I received my scooter and started a customer support inquiry on Feb 24. The scooter is still sitting in my room. Segway took my money and delivered such a poor product and doesn’t care to expedite the process of replacing my scooter. Becareful when purchasing a scooter make sure to inspect to not get a used one when paying for a new one.

Immediately after placing my order I realized that I forgot to add a needed accessory. No big deal, right? Well, turns out that accessory is 3x (yes 3) more expensive when not bundled with the scooters i just purchased. An email and a call to customer support later and it turns out even if the order HASNT shipped there is nothing Segway can do. I was free to return the order, ship it back (once it actually ships out of course) and then order that accessory. I expect that from a "non-brand overseas" scooter, but not segway.

More than expected
Scooter arrived sooner than expected. Quick setup. We own other Segways, but this is the fastest by far. After going on an adventure, I’m amazed with how much battery is still available. Highly recommend.
