No response to emails (several a number of days apart). No response to phone call. Unclear when sale would end. Unclear # items in stock. Box arrived crushed and open. Gear is good quality but purchase process is unfortunate (and frankly has me wondering at service should I need exchange or warranty).

I found that hard eared racing helmets have greatly enlarged over the past several years. I’m sure they are much enhanced regarding safety, but the appearance was more than my vanity will abide. I returned this. The return experience was fine after some technical glitches were overcome by the company.

Poor, most likely will never buy anything again. Two purchases and two disappointments, one about the quaility (Elicit glasses) amd another one about absense of any communication communication with customer service. Definitely an area to improve.
