I am 163 cm and 58kg. I got size M for slight room. It's perfect for morning ride when it's still a bit chilly in May and June. It's very comfortable to wear. I also owned the male version of this jacket which you can tuck the whole jacket into the pocket to become a small pouch. I can't find the way for women jacket because the zipper slider is different. It'll be great if POC can change it.
