Hitting my 50's and my
Hitting my 50's and my knees were giving up on me. A little arthritis and stiffness along with discomfort. I struggled with stairs and even getting up from a chair. Then a friend recommended these and after a month I began to feel the difference and as months went buy I was able to go up stairs, dance and not make those 'ooohhh' noises as I got out of a chair. Other type I'd used before did not hit the mark. Furthermore my 83 my mother's on them too. Thank you anatomē!
