Love my Siren!
Flawless system. Works extremely well. I start my morning every morning checking all systems on my boat. Its 100% accurate. Battery levels spot on. Would never own a boat without it. Wife can also track me when far out at sea or in Bahamas.

Sends advertising as notifications
I purchased this as a monitor for my shore power connection, for which it works reasonably well. The widgets for ios work well, so I can see the boat’s status at a glance. However, since the company was sold, I’ve noticed more and more marketing and merchandising, culminating this morning with an ad for boat insurance pushed out over my notification channel. This wasn’t one of the many ads they send to the app inbox. It was sent over the channel I monitor for shore power loss, something I never (knowingly) enabled or allowed. I know companies need a revenue stream, but sending marketing notifications over the monitoring pipeline is a step too far. I am not paying a monthly fee to see ads.

multiple times last year I experienced notification storms - 1000's - about a sensor I don't even have hooked up. It was so bad that Siren had to put out a notice they were stopping notifications - at least twice. Even after that I had to disable notifications since I was getting so many. THIS COMPLETELY NEGATES the entire usefulness of this product. More recently I hadn't received any notifications and when I looked - no data had been collected in over a week. Never understood what caused that - but it started working again. . AGAIN THIS TOTALLY NEGATES the usefulness of this product. If I can't trust notifications and integrity of the system - then I might as well go with more polished monitoring systems such as Victron Cerbo that offers history, trending, etc.

Can't Get Working
I received my new Regal 38SAV with Siren installed and installed the app on my phone only to find out the battery in the bilge sensor was dead and 1 battery sensor wasn't sending information. My dealer came out and replaced the battery and worked on the other sensor for an hour. In the end 2 battery sensors no longer worked. He called Siren for advice and was told they would reset the sensors. That didn't work and now the tech is suppose to come out to do more research. It would be nice to have all sensors working

We bought the Siren security
We bought the Siren security system after reading about it in various boating magazines. Unfortunately, we encountered some problems at the outset with the main system device and a battery sensor. However, I'm please to report that Siren's technical support came to the rescue and did a spectacular job in resolving these initial issues by quickly replacing the problem parts. My Siren system is now working perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the features and protection offered by this terrific system. While my initial experience wasn't 5 star, the after the sale tech support and parts replacement action was exceptional. Siren is tops in my book, hence the 5 star rating.
