I attempted to order a swimsuit a month ago for an upcoming vacation and it’s expected to arrive 5 days after I’ve left on my trip. Definitely plan ahead! The team has offered to refund my shipping costs which is kind, but it’s still very inconvenient.

I ordered a swimsuit 10 days (8 business days) before my vacation, thinking that would be plenty of time. Today, a week later, it still hasn’t even shipped from the warehouse! I’ve tried calling multiple times, but the calls just go to voicemail, and my emails only get generic, unhelpful responses. Now it’s clear I won’t have my order in time for my trip, which is really frustrating because I was so looking forward to bringing this suit with me! Wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re on any kind of timeline.

The quality of the suit was great, the return process was not as easy as I hoped, the low cut ruffle backflip would have been great if it was crafted with larger bust folks in mind.

Really not happy with the service. I placed an order on september 8 ,i didnt get the order for almost three weeks.
