My stepdad knows I'm a Chef and know allot about knives so he called me up and asked if I could recommend something good to replace his main chef knife and his paring knife... I told him I'd look into it and buy him some new knives and have them shipped to him so he wouldn't have to deal with it... Later that evening I was watching the latest episode of STCG as I often times do and it occurred to me... You have that little line of high carbon stainless steel knives and I can tell they're above average quality... So I jumped onto your website and ordered the two he needed and had it shipped to him... He was so excited when they arrived and loves using them every night when he cooks dinner... and bonus points... He's subscribed to STCG now and watching videos for meal ideas/inspiration like me 😉
