New website has a lot of work, lots of glitches and problems I have noticed. Yesterday I got 8 notifications saying my order was shipped then complete then shipped again. I know it’s a bug. Giving you five star cause I love your products and service I just know it’s a new website and they involve work.

My overall experience has been absolutely wonderful for my small business! I have tried other vendors, and Lone Star is my first - nay, ONLY choice for fragrances and wicks. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond in customer service. The photo I'm sharing show sparse shelves, but that's because my candles are selling out due to the outstanding selection of fragrances. My *only* suggestion is maybe have Saturday hours for pick ups, but hey, that's just me. (Demographic: I'm based in the Deep Ellum area and work Mon-Fri.) Fortunately, shipping is super fast, even with USPS, but for the big items like wax, I'd advise to take a half day off and go pick it up if you're local. To quote Carrie Fisher from her one-woman show in Wishful Drinking, "DO IT"! Thanks, y'all!
