Overall, my experience with Lone Star is always wonderful. They are my first stop in candle-making supplies.

I ordered the Christmas Cheer fragrance oil to make melt & pour soap. I thought it had a wonderful aroma. Like cloves and cinnamon. However, I am confused. The IFRA sheet said it was soap safe at 4.3% but the description stated soap safe at 0.7%. I'm wondering which one is correct.

I was quite happy to find such a great selection of fragrance oils at some really great prices (especially if you're used to buying from Amazon, like I was). I was even happier to see how quickly I received my items. I thought the trade-off would be in shipping times but I received my order after only a few days and lately, even my Prime membership doesn't ensure 2 day shipping. So, the prices and the selection are better than Amazon's and the shipping times were comparable. I will be placing many more orders in the future!

I am a 32 year candle retail store new owner and have only ordered so far from Lone Star. While I’ve never been disappointed in products or services the shipping expenses are outrageous but I can’t imagine what the actual costs are. I’d just hope they’d be in better business of not making profit off shipping
