The sales people were very helpful, and the quality of the door are great. I would have like to have an option of them being stained and finished. The online tracking worked great, right up to the point where the doors moved onto "pre-hung" and then you would have to call for updates. estimated time for the doors was pretty accurate. I picked up the doors in LA and the staff was very helpful.
