Great service. Art was very helpful during the purchase, and I received exactly what I wanted and in excellent condition. Also, I picked-up my door at the L/A facility. I was in a big hurry to get back to Fallbrook CA for my afternoon job shift and the warehouse men were quick and efficient in loading my door and getting me on my way back on the busy L/A fwys. I checked Home Depot, Lowes, and several other outlets and no one else had the product that I wanted. My only complaint is about the shipping charge. It would have been over 1/2 the cost of the door had I not taken advantage of will-call. Overall, great job, service and I am very, very pleased with my door...Pete

The ETO website is extremely easy to negotiate and very informative. The Mahogany double-door is priced very competitively and I am planning to buy it VERY SOON!

I order doors in Palm Springs, drive out to L.A. and pick them up...no issues. Art is stellar, the ladies up in the crow's nest are super kind, and the guys in the warehouse/loading dock are always careful to help load me up safely for our journey back. Great experiences every time. Never a problem.

Absolutely love the new door and ETO was a great company to work with. Only reason I gave a 4 star was the caulking between the glass and frame is awful!! Sloppy,missing in some areas, and a poor job. We will have to remove it all after its painted and redo it ourselves.
