Just had them installed and they fit! ACDelco Rear Left Shock Absorber for a Cadillac CTS | 540-487 SKU: ACD540-487 1 $142. 61 ACDelco Rear Right Shock Absorber for a Cadillac CTS | 540-488 SKU: ACD540-488 VEHICLE: 2008 CADILLAC CTS these are equivalent to Rear Driver Side GM Part #'s 25884697 and Rear Passenger Side GM Part # 25884698 They cost about twice as much as the Monroe equivalent, but I had to get the OEM while I still could.

Would not recommend Partshawk. The phone labyrinth did not have any route to return a part, did not have a path to get to a human who could help, and they don't answer emails. Not so good. Everything I saved ordering from partshawk has been lost if I can return one of the parts I ordered.
