Very good product and delivery but too pricy

Pickle collection good, especially za'tar cucumber slices, which are almost half gone in a few days! Collection could use some milder choices, at least one, since with stomachs at stake quieter but still delicious treats are desirable.

Fun pickle flavors but some were very mushy.

My order included two bags of chips from Goateats -- which I think we've had in the past. Both were not exactly stale but oddly soft, not crisp, kind of mushy? Perhaps they didn't like being packed in the same box with cold items and cooling bags? We didn't finish either bag, just threw them away. Website and service are fine.

This was a gift, but I heard great things about how delicious everything was. Would absolutely buy again!

I am quite disappointed with my experience with Mouth. I loved the possibility of creating a custom care package for my friends by choosing each item inside. When the package was marked as delivered, I waited a week before asking about it to my friends as it was supposed to be a surprise. They hadn't received anything. The surprise was ruined, package stolen or mis-delivered, this can happened but this was followed by a lot of messages and emails between MOUTH customer service, me and my friends. While I appreciate the quick reply from MOUTH and their suggestion to send a new package, the follow up always had to come from me, via email, after checking with my friends first. The package was sent, not received again and resent, only when I asked about it. In the meantime an item I choose wasn't available anymore... In the end, a package ordered on the 2nd of August for estimated arrival on the 5th, was only received on the 30th of August, again mainly because the follow up wasn't spontaneous from MOUTH.

Received all that we ordered...but very unhappy that you were out of the onion pickles!!!!!!
