I got my husband 3 months of pickle of the month club for Christmas. one of the three shipments contained a broken jar. I emailed and was told they would send a replacement but they did not. Everything else was fine- on time and as advertised. Some pickles were great some were weird but interesting. I'm glad I only lost out on one jar from the 9 and wish they had followed through or it would be 5 stars.
