First pair of shoes purchased online so I was nervous about the fit and the quality and prepared to have to send them back. They arrived in a week, fit perfectly, are beautifully made and comfy from the minute I slid my feet into them. Definitely keepers and my new go-to shoe. Thanks Allbirds.

Love the all birds but they run smaller than actual size. I am a pure size 9. Never have issues until now. I’m hoping they stretch a bit. But with a thin sock they are tight. The product is otherwise outstanding but I’d be curious how many others have the same issue. Your brand appears incredibly well created and your customer service solid. I’d be careful with customer experience if a large percentage of people experience the same sizing issue.

I ordered a pair of size 12, but they were really tight, so I used the free return and ordered a size 13 instead. This fits closer to what most 12s fit on me. I like the fit and the shoes are very comfortable. I wore them around the house and often forgot I had them on. I'm still getting used to walking in them. The soles are quite thin and flexible, which gives a feeling closer to not having shoes on. They have so far kept my feet warm on a cool, rainy winter day, and I have washed off the soles without fear of getting the wool wet. Time will tell if having no arch support will be better for me or worse, but I like the idea of a more natural stride with the thin, flexible sole. My only other concern is how quickly this flexible sole will wear out.

Oh my, where to begin. The service I've received has been exceptional, fast delivery and on time. When they arrived I tried on the left shoe first and it was everything written about it, style, above all comfort.and as stated in the ad, the most comfortable shoe you'll wear. However I wear a brace on my right foot and that's the problem, even taking the inner sole out it didn't fit. So regretfully I'm returning and hope some day they make a wide width. Also when I called to return the girl that helped couldn't have been. More pleasant Congratulations on the great shoes and above all customer service. That's why the 5 stars

Love these shoes. They look better in person, are extremely comfortable. Will probably order a "tree" pair for summer. When Allbirds states that if you are in between sizes (like I am) you should order a size up. Definitely take this advice.

These look super nice and they are fairly comfy but I can’t find a size that fits just right - I really wish they had half sizes. Also, shipping back and forth with purolator sucks in my city (so far away). I probably won’t order these again given the fit and price.

I haven't had a chance to wear the shoe outdoors yet; it's cold and snowy here. But I wear the shoe indoors and it is very comfortable. The teal colours is beautiful and exactly the same colour as on the site. The site also recommends buying a size higher if half size, which I did, and the shoe fits well with socks.

Had to return for an exchange for a bigger size. I'm a 8.5 you said to downsize if it was the case I did but when it got there it was to small very comfortable soft and light but way to small. I called and return it for an exchange. Costumer service was fast, very helpful, nice and on top of their knowledge.

I am very pleased with Allbirds: their product and their company in general. I had problems (not their fault) with delivery of the first pair I ordered, and they corrected it swiftly and more than fairly. Their return policy and customer service truly are exceptional. I was a little nervous buying shoes online without ever trying them first, but I was pleasantly surprised to notice that they fit perfectly. The advice to pick a size higher than usual for the Wool Runners was very useful. I usually wear 12 or 12.5 for most brands. Size 13 Wool runners fit perfectly. Request: I would love to see Allbirds make flat shoes. Wool runners have a small heel to them; flat shoes would be much nicer. Not only would they be comfortable but also good for the posture.
