Very quick delivery! I ordered two more pairs of the wool sneakers - I have four pairs of these shoes because I love the style and the lightweight feel. They arrrived within 48 hours of my order.

After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go ahead and order 2 pairs of Allbirds (wool sneakers and tree loafers). There’s free shipping and free returns, so there’s no real risk. They arrived several days sooner than expected. Pros- my feet feel like they’re completely wrapped in the softest clouds, yet supportive enough to walk around all day in with no pain. I can wear them with jeans, leggings, any casual outfit. Someone told me they make my feet look small! Cons- they fit small. Normally I wear a 7.5-8, so I bought them in an 8 and my toes are a little squished right at the end. Toe bumps are quite visible. My heels slip up and down easily when I’m walking (it’s almost as if the heel bed in the shoe is too high) but I did get used to that pretty quickly, I don’t even notice it anymore. Overall, I love both of my Allbirds and won’t be returning either of them!

After consulting the fit guide on the website, I ordered wool runner inmy normal size (10) & found them small. Re-ordered an 11 & they fit great. A little snug at first, with a light sock, but after a few hours, they feel great. Impressed by delivery speed & efficiency of the whole process, including the return. A great experience overall. Have to say, the quality of the shoe is as good as others (won't mention brand names) that I've tried at twice the price. Allbirds is great value!

Thank you , thank you. First great service-ordering online was easy ( thank goodness! I'm 70 & still prefer to shop in stores.) Delivery was fast and efficient (I live in a rural area and many sites don't recognize box numbers & I'm forced to use a friend's address.) The fit was perfect and the colour was true to web site pictures. However, the best part was the comfort. After a back problem in the summer I've found that standing for longer periods is uncomfortable-my new Allbirds kept me on my feet and comfortable during a recent cooking marathon.

I love my new AllBirds! I invested in the Wool Loungers. They are warm, cozy and hug my feet just right! I love that the insoles come out and can be ordered again (when/if needed) and you can toss the shoes in the wash - though I haven’t had to do so yet so I’m curious how that goes. They are very comfortable and keep my feet nice and dry. Love that the product/packaging/company is environmentally friendly and have a great return policy. They were shipped quickly and did not disappoint! I would totally recommend them and foresee a pair of Tree Skippers in my future too ;) Thanks AllBirds!

So comfortable you feel you are wearing your slippers :P. They are very light! Customer service was very helpful. They advised me to go a size up (for the wool runners) and they were right.

These shoes are so comfortable i bought a second pair for my husband. However the 1st pair i had to return because the shoes run on the small size. However allbirds replaced them very quickly. I love these so much i will be buying another pair in the near future.

I normally always wear a 7 and got a size 7 for Christmas, while they felt like the fit my heel slipped out and was very irritating. So I returned them. Their costumer service was awesome and very easy to return. I sized down, to a size 6. While one heel still slid up at first after wearing them for a few weeks now they are much more comfortable with no heel sliding.

Because of a back injury, I have to stand a lot of the time. Allbirds has made this WAY more comfortable. Thanks! A note on sizes - I generally wear a 10 1/2, so I ordered an 11. They were too small, so I had to exchange for 12s, which fit perfectly.

I love shoes and my collection is probably bigger than it should be, but these are the most comfortable shoes I own. I live on the easy coast of Canada and it had been really windy and super cold and my toes haven’t even gotten chilly at all. I will say that they run small. I originally ordered a women’s 10, my regular shoe size but they were much too small so I exchanged for a men’s 10 and they fit perfectly.

Ordered two pairs to get the sizing right after sozing down based on the advice from the website. For me, they were true to size. Returning the second pair was painless, and the shoes I kept are marvellous!
