I recently completed the Clean 7 program, and I have to say, it was much easier than I thought, especially with the fasting aspect. I was pleasantly surprised by how manageable it was. Loved the 7 day detox!

I LOVED IT! The shakes taste great and the program is very easy to follow. I will be 90. 5% clean for life (GAME CHANGER), but I am adding back two nights of low sugar wine per weekend and a very high quality chocolate bar sweetened only with dates. One of my clients and I did this program together and it was FUN! I don’t miss cheese or eggs or beef or anything from a can or box.

I genuinely have never found a protein powder that does everything it says and still tastes great.

This 21 day cleanse has been amazing. I typically only drink 1 cup of a day but giving it up for 21 days has made a huge difference in my energy! I love Matcha and use to drink it in the afternoon but I’m now adding it to my morning routine. I use to feel bloated etc a lot after eating. I have literally had 0 stomach issues since starting the cleanse. No cravings No wrist pain. Clarity . . I FEEL AMAZING!!

I am disappointing in the changes in Clean 21. The hydrating packet changed, the supplements changed. I swear even the formula of the protein powder tastes different. And they did not include the tea so I am spending more money for so much less. Super disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

I really enjoyed the 7 day detox. I felt energized and clear headed. I plan to do it quarterly and follow some foods eliminated on a regular basis.

I loved the program. My symptoms of over production of mucus has lessened dramatically. My skin still has some issues but thankful for my lungs clearing up.
