I like it!.. I do! I wish it was a tad more matte because my skin is so oily but it blends beautifully and does last long! It’s a very good match with my skin tone. Just wish it was a Tad more matte. That’s all.

First of all, the make up is great. The customer service and the 14 day trail is a big mess. I returned product within 14 day trail and still got charged the full amount. Do not use the 14 day trail. They just get your information and save it for later to try to charge you on the under. When I been shipped their product back. No form of good communication from this company. Not even a damn phone number. Only email. Seems sketchy as fuck.

I received a box full of foundation that had leaked out. Initiated a return/exchange. Never received the replacement or a refund. Never even got to try the product. 👎

I have been requesting a return label for three weeks your system wouldn’t let me request a return label so I have been asking for one. And now you want to take a the payment out of my card. I only used this product one time that’s it and put it back in the box. Give me a return label. I don’t want your product

Am in he 14 day trial period, and so far I am enjoying the performance of the make up. It does what it says it does and that is great. I was expecting it to be more dewy but it works. I haven’t had any make up recently that has a bit more coverage because my skin is combination with some large pores, but this make-up gives great coverage. I give it a 👍💃🏼... Thank you,

My bottle was broken and half of product leaked before arriving. I tried the makeup and it was about two shades too dark. I contacted the company to get a return shipping label, and was just asking to exchange the foundation for a lighter shade, since I was still interested in trying it. They sent me a link to get the label and it said It was unavailable to me. So I again reached out and have heard nothing in return. And they still charged my card for a product that was almost empty, broken and unusable. I would not recommend this company at this point.

I had no idea that I would receive full bottles of makeup for their sample marketing program. Once that makeup arrived and it was a poor fit for me, I attempted to print a shipping label during my trial period and the page stated that I had reached the end of my trial even though I still had 4 days left. The next time I refreshed I kept getting errors when I attempt to print the shipping labels to return the item. Unfortunately I left for a trip the next day and by the time I contacted them they had already charged me $75 and refused to refund me. Their customer service is appalling. It’s automated texts and no real person to dispute your issue with. Furthermore, they refuse to refund me my money. What kind of company makes a profit off of their shortcomings? It’s pathetic to me that their reasoning for not giving money back is because of their own issues with their return labels. More people need to be aware of this company’s classless behavior. I will make it my mission to ensure that no one else is robbed of their hard earned money after following the steps that they clearly lay out. People don’t want a full bottle of makeup. They want a sample. And if you only say to make a profit is to force your product on the consumer, then you have a serious issue with honesty and customer satisfisction.

I don’t appreciate nothing it’s been 2 weeks about to be 3 weeks and I haven’t received my money

I would make a review but there is nothing to review I signed up back in May was charged the membership fee and then they charged me $80. I was confused bc I haven’t received any products nothing so I tried to call lol what do you know they removed there number so what ever the matter is you have to go through email. Ok so I finally get in touch via email and I still haven’t received anything so they pretty much got me for almost $100 and I have yet to see or receive any kind of product. Like how do you know what your getting or anything I was willing to try it out it’s July 4th and would like a full refund

I tried the foundation for the 14 day trial unfortunately after the third time using it, I couldn’t make it work. I reached out for a return label, got it in the mail and it was returned to the warehouse before my trial was up. I now have been charged the full amount for the foundation I returned. I have reached out to customer service several times now, the first time I never received a response even though they say 24-48 hrs, one lady said I understand your frustration so let me know your undertone and I’ll get a different shade out to you so you can take part in our trial. Now I’ve got someone telling me they can’t refund me and need to have a supervisor review it. So here I sit no product to show for the money gone from my account.

I've sent 2 messages now since I returned my foundation to be exchanged for a different color (I got a notification it was received), but I've never received the exchange. PLEASE someone provide me the tracking number or something.

I absolutely hate this company. They scammed me and stole my money. I sent the foundation back within the two week period and they kept telling me they didn’t receive it and it was up to me to get proof of return when I had put it in the mailbox. I have no proof. So they never gave me my 45$ back and I didn’t even get to keep the product. Absolute worst experience of my life in the makeup industry. Will never come back and will tell everyone I know (including multiple social media and news platforms) what you do to people.

Arguably the worst, most corrupt company I have ever dealt with. First, I never received my make up and notified Il Makiage as soon as I realized that it was not delivered to me. They should have put a stop on the 14-day trial for that bottle, and sent me a replacement, then started a new trial. Instead, they pretended to not know my address and jerk me around until the charged my card for some $43 or so. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they continued to pretend not to know my address to send me a replacement, at which point I just asked for a refund. They then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me a refund unless I agreed to let them ship me another bottle...then suddenly they knew my address again. When I told them I was tired of being jerked around and that I didn't want to be charged again for another bottle, things got weird. I read 100s of comments on their Facebook page about how Il Makiage routinely rips people off in a myriad of ways including the same way I was ripped off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. You will regret it. In the meantime, I've filed a fraud complaint against them in New York state. If you've been ripped off by Il Makiage, you should too!

Good quality foundation

Never did I believe I could order a foundation online without testing the color and it would match my skin tone perfectly! Also, the texture is smooth and looks flawless. I’m now an official follower of all things Il Makiage. Going to order the brush and the concealer now. Thanks!!!

So many good reviews online and all over the web can’t wait to try out I haven’t been able to find a good formula that works with dry skin

This site tries to be inclusive but it misses those of us over 30 and doing our thing. It misses the women who spend more than anyone. I liked some of the products but they seemed tucked in under so many sub categories. Diversity means more than having a Black face on your webpage. I do love gorgeous colors and cosmetics made for all of us.Women like to feel like women.I will check it out again, to see where this website goes.

I have enjoyed your customer service; however, I had to send my foundation back it was too light for my complexion. I was asked what foundation I usually wear and you did have it in your list for color and maker. So I was expecting you to match me to my choice via your brand. Since returning the product no calls or emails to see if I want to try again.

I’ve wasted tons of money trying different brands and have never found one I like until now. I would highly recommend!
