I’ve ordered about 8 packs of short ribs and they were meaty and delicious! I braised them and shredded off the meat. And was very impressed with how much meat I was able to separate from the fat.

This company is truly the BOMB! All the products I’ve purchased have been top of the line! Everyone who eats them, can’t say enough about the flavor and texture. My one friend did she’s never tasted Pork Chops quite like the ones from Grass Roots. Fedex has lost my order twice in many years but it was not grassroots fault and they immediately reshipped the order. customer service is in the USA and very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to customer concerns.
