Getting texts that say "Oh, hey, we saved your cart! come back for up to 40% off" as if that 40% is a special deal for me, when it is going on across the website is kind of misleading and jerky. BUT product is great, website is clear, shipping was secure and safe and timely. Annoying texts is a tiny thing in the overall picture!! I will absolutely be purchasing another dog bed within the next 3 months.

Excellent in all aspects

Shipping was blazing fast, the crate pad shipped the same day and arrived within a couple days. Customer service was also fantastic! My puppy got frustrated the first time we crated him during our lunch and chewed a small hole in the side of his crate pad. I went to the K9 Ballistics website to purchase another and saw the 120 day guarantee. K9 Ballistics had a new pad to me within two business days at no charge!!

The beds arrived pretty fast! My dogs love their bed and the balls that fell out of the box while unpacking the beds.
