Great experience shopping with K9 Ballistics

This dog bed is amazing. We have 2 heelers. One of which chews EVERYTHING. I had given up on dog beds. This is so worth it, we have now had the bed for almost a year and it has not been touched.

Loved the bed and the support I got from the customer service rep I spoke to. 4 stars instead of 5 because the K9 website's assembly instructions are from an old version and don't apply to the one I got. Also it didn't come with instructions in the box.

Your products are outstanding. I have brought 3 beds First one I didn’t think it would hold up with our American Bully he chewed and destroyed everything!after a year it’s still in good condition I Continued to buy 2 more for our other 2 dogs thank you I’m really pleased with your beds!!

I ordered a large Tough Rip-Stop Oval Bolster Pillow Bed for my golden doodle that Is an aggressive chewer. I was excited to have a bed that should withstand him. The bed came in a few days and my dog seemed to be very happy with it. In eight short days he had holes in it. I took photos and submitted a warranty claim which was approved the same day and five days later a replacement was delivered. I have a kennel liner from K-9 ballistics which has held up as well. I'm very happy with the promised warranty and the service.

Always have what is needed and ships promptly. Like the email concerning any auto ship coming up. Gives me the time to review and adjust if needed. Occasionally I fight with our poor wife here and have had to call for help. Reps are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We have Great Pyrenes, Anatoli Shepherds and Catahoula's to protect sheep at night. During day couch potatoes inside and destroyed every bed we could come up with. We have 3 X-Large Kennel Pads we use for beds and they have lasted couple years and still great shape. Easy clean up, hose off, dry and good as new. On site right now buying 4th because wife want's indestructible bed for the barn cats that is tough and no seams to keep spiders down. GREAT PRODUCT!!
