These ball-end long torx wrenches exceed my expectations!

Every time I clicked a link within the site i.e. to read terms, after finishing I slected the back button and was returned to my search engine. This happened several times, resulting in having to reinput info each time. I was a little disappointed in the $18 freight and shipping fee, I would rather that expense be included in the overall price, as it's frustrating to pay shipping costs. I'm confident the products I ordered will be received and function as ordered.

I am always looking for ways to purchase more from Marshall Campbell and less from Grainger or MSC. I love the pictures and the best part is the availability number. It helps me to understand what the most common item is. Good for people that aren't technicians themselves.

ordered, expected to deliver and then an email that the delivery is delayed. No idea when the item is coming. I understand items get delayed but a delivery date would be nice. if to late I might as well cancel my order and get it somewhere else.

I called a few minutes before closing time but the Campbell rep was very helpful and confirmed inventory on an item within their network. And they were helpful the next morning changing my level of shipping service…which I messed up placing the order. It wasn’t a large order, which made the service even more impressive.
