First i love the customer service always pleasant, the delivery drivers are always happy and helpful. But the search engine for the website sucks, it takes so much longer to find what your looking for than it should.

Ordered a simple box a screws from them, nothing real memorable (100 pcs), and had issues with delivery on the carrier side, sent in the claim and was told the carrier would reach out to the seller, they didn't, until they received a refund check to resend the screws, company called me and checked in said next don't worry about the hassle just call us and we will make it right!

So, I'm pretty good at coming up with strange items to request and always need said items right away. Tyler Laws and John Currah have never let me down! After hours, weekends etc, Tyler always answers his phone and John is very quick with sourcing, pricing and shipping! Communication is great, which is a pleasant departure from some other vendors. I enjoy working with Marshall Campbell and hope to continue for a long time to come!
