You feel the product almost right away so I suggest for any first time user to take it slow and take it small because it can get overwhelming. (Which is good because thats how you know the stuff is pure) Other than that the shipping was very satisfactory and fast. They gave me free samples and thank you note even when I just tried the product of which how much care for their customers. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
