I have placed quite a few orders from MIT45; MIT Go is my favorite but MIT 45 Gold (MIT45 now) has quickly become the kratom product I most often use. Besides having prices that are far better than local smoke/vape shops, they fill orders expediently and their loyalty/reward program keeps me happily coming back to earn more. I have to be honest though, the driving factor behind my decision to leave a review is undoubtedly the customer service I have received. Any time I have any questions or concerns, I get prompt and courteous replies to my emails. There was a spell a while back where I wasn't able to get the MIT 45 Go gel-packs, because they were out of stock. I think I emailed Karina in customer support twice monthly just to see if it had come back yet. Yet she was always kind and informative. In the rare circumstance that something goes awry, I have never had a problem reaching someone in CS to help remedy the situation. Their overall product selection is great, as is their quality. I continue to be satisfied with all of my purchases.
