I have bought items from y'all for a few years now and have loved nearly everything. Returns have been prompt when needed. In the past a gift card has been issued and not back to the original tender. Thankfully I do have a list of things I like. Other than that the customer service has been wonderful! I will continue to shop here. There are always discounts codes given and free shipping with free gifts at certain times too which is a definite plus. 😊

Hi! I’ve had a pretty good experience with y’all! There have been a couple of times where I have had items missing from my orders. Instead of a refund I’m only offered a credit or an exchange for something of the same value. That can be frustrating but when I’ve picked something else it usually gets shipped pretty quickly.
