We had an issue with the waist band elastic in one of the toddler pants had broken/snapped so we emailed customer service with a pic and description and within 30 min the rep had replied with an authentic apology and sent out a whole new set (not just the pants). This kind of customer commitment is what brings me back to a brand time and again! So refreshingly helpful :)
