I visited Woodies in Headford Road Galway today & a nice assistant Nicole was very helpful with advice on several items I purchased from a toilet seat to gardening tools and bedding plants thanks Nicole

I would just like to comment on my customer service experience at Woodies “Waterford “ last week, after searching for a dual bbq, I managed to find one on line, although there was no stock at Waterford, I rang and spoke to a customer service adviser who in turn passed me on to a manager Pauline, who assisted in getting transferred from another branch the item to Waterford and literally received item within two days of placing order. Amazing service Thankyou so much Waterford Woodies, service above and beyond

Recently had a problem with a perfectly good working Ecotrim lawnmower, where the battery stopped charging. I expect it to be another victim of planned obsolescence. Brought it up to the Woodies in Blanchardstown, where they have discontinued the brand and model. They resolved the issue with the battery overnight! Great service as always.
