I was in your Swords Seatown store today buying a gas heater. I enquired over the phone before going up to ensure there was one in stock, I spoke to Ruth and she assured me there was some in stock and told me to ask for her and she would go through how to use it. When I arrived I asked for Ruth and true to her word she explained all I needed to know. I have to say Ruths customer service was excellent, I would highly recommend her and your store.

I was at the Waterford store a few weeks ago buying a cleaning product for my stove and anyone I asked were most unhelpful I actually left the store without buying what I wanted but I returned for Christmas Decorations today I got a great deal as they were all 1/2 price..The lady at the till Michelle was so obliging and soo plesant she really made my experience a good one I will return again It really makes such a difference when the staff are nice!

I visited Woodies a few weeks ago to get some plants. I am an amateur gardener and wanted to make up two pots to gift to a friend and also buy a few plants for myself. I asked Paul on the Headford Road, Galway for assistance and he was more than happy to advise me. He steered me in the direction of low maintenance Cordylines along with some white trailing Lobelia. He told me the exact height to pot them up at and how to mix the fertiliser through the soil. I was thrilled with the result. I definitely recommend a visit to this garden centre and in particular the willingness of Paul to help me. I will be back.
