After heavy loads of contact from playing rugby my body feels sore and stiff, this recovery stick made that feeling lessen dramatically. I love how it has a subtle smell compared to similar products! Definitely a stand out!

Great bands for resistance training. The only item I wish attached to it is a handle that allows the band to create a big circle so I could put it around the knee for reverse lunges. Overall, I am pleased with the workout information and strength of the bands!
