The service and delivery time
The service and delivery time were excellent. The bike had one chip in the paint that was not visible in the prior photos, possibly incurred in shipping. I've put over 1200 miles on the bike since it arrived and it has required only one derailleur adjustment, and a touch-up of the paint. Very happy with the bike's performance.

Great bike for an amazing
Great bike for an amazing price. The rear derailleur needs some adjusting because it’s skipping in low gears, and the dropper post gets stuck and won’t pop up sometimes. I thought fine tuning and things like this would be taken care of before the bike was made for sale, but maybe that shouldn’t have been my expectation? This is my first purchase from TPC.

Reasonable but post buy communication difficult. FYI if FEDEX is used for shipping any Fedex location will accept and hold the shipment for pickup.

Bike was in even better
Bike was in even better condition than I expected. Truly stunning. The Pro Build had incredible attention to detail including titanium oil slick bolts for EVERYTHING. Deducting one star because the dropper seatpost was way too long, meaning the bike was advertised for 5’5”-5’10” but at 5’8. 5” I couldn’t fit on the bike without the post partially dropped. I had to buy a new AXS Reverb Post which was quite expensive, as TPC couldn’t do an exchange for a post. They did help out with a small discount on the new post.
