I have started to use the coat now the weather is colder and I like it ...... apart from 0ne thing. It is the second duffle coat I have had from you, the last one has lasted me at least 15 years but I needed a new one as I have lost weight. However, the old coat had a double ended zip which was ideal in the car etc but this one only has a single ended zip which is far less convenient. I would happily have paid extra for a double ended zip. Otherwise, thank you for an excellent coat. Alison Thursfield.
