Ordering my Paddington coat was very straight forward on the Montgomery website. The process took no more than a couple of minutes from start to finish. The only issue I had was the size guide, it wasn't a true reflection for me so I purchased the size that I believed I would be comfortable with. Once I had ordered and paid I only waited 4 days and my new coat had been delivered. I am super impressed with the service from Montgomery throughtout the whole process. Every step of the way was documented to myself though email and once the coat had been received by the courier, the emails from the courier carried on so I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I don't envisage buying another coat for many years but when I do, rest assured I will use Montgomery again. In between now and then, I will recommend Montgomery to family and friends. The fabric is great, the coat has the weight expected of a duffle (my previous experience is of a much more expensive brand). Would have given 5 stars but struggled to decide sizing - measurement of coat difficult to judge. Had to return first one but refund was very very prompt, just a few days.
