This company have the BEST customer support team. They are quick to answer questions and went above and beyond to provide me with information. I purchased the water hose which made a huge difference to the quality of the drinking water. The sullage hose is also great once they showed me how to connect it properly. Lastly, I love the colours of the reels!!!

Have no issues at all with Flat Out's service, great communications and service from customer support.

We order online. . . . but always frequent the flatout stand at the Caravan shows, your new sullage stoppers with the key like handle are a game changer, I have tied some bright yellow string to the end to make it easier to find if you drop it in grass.

I would deal with FlatOut again, professional and friendly. Postage reasonable and delivered two days after ordering.
