I was very angry yesterday after our water hose failed with pinhole leaks. Given it’s very expensive and not used for long I felt I had to complain. To my surprise I received a call and email from the General Manager the very next day offering to replace the water hose under warranty. That is outstanding customer service and a positive attitude to a customer. This is a very good business attitude and I commend Michael for his customer service attitude. Cheers Herman

The sullage hose looks like it can't work. But it does! So simple and easy to instal and rewind. And you don't get wet while you stow it. Great.

Bought 2 reels before I left for full time travel , the first hose lasted around 6 months before it pin hole leaked everywhere. I had it replaced under warranty which was faultless and an easy process but now after a further 6 months they are both leaking again . I give up $50. 00 at Bunnings is now my choice . johnny
