Hello, unfortunately I just had a bad experience. I ordered 3 bracelets that I was very excited about on May 18th. When I tracked them, I got 3 different dates they would arrive. After they didn't come last week as expected, I tried to find a customer service number to call to find out what happened. There is no contact number to speak with someone so I did the chat. She checked the order number and said that the "mom" bracelet that I really wanted was sold out and the other 2 were lost someone in transit. Both of those answers were very surprising and frustrating. I have worn Akex and Ani bracelets for years, but always purchased from the store. Now the stores are closed her in the Dallas area so I ordered online. I did get an email after the chat conversation that I would get a refund so I ended up ordering 2 more bracelets. I am really worried about whether they will actually arrive, but I hope so.

Shipping this time was terrible. Took well over a week & missed my friend's actual birth date. Had to go to party without a gift-just the card. Hopefully, she will still love the bracelet anyway.

The earrings are beautiful & seem to be great quality for the price! But unhappy the shipping took way longer than expected.

Alex and Ani always does a great job. Their products are very stylish and durable. They also are packaged well and are delivered in great condition.

The website cart is very hard to maneuver. If you don’t buy it immediately it kicks it out. This made it hard because I was buying a few things.

I have been buying these bracelets for all my girls for years and they all love them and wear them all the time. The latest one I bought was for our granddaughter’s high school graduation and like all the rest, she loved it and put it on immediately. Alex and Ani provide a quality product at an affordable price. And I also love the Alex and Ani bracelets that I have.

Took almost two weeks to get an email in regard's to a shipment I still didn’t receive at that point. Then once the “shipment” was being sent out “again” I received it with in a few days. Also I ordered the K bangle and then was told they didn’t have it anymore but it was being sent out with my “first” shipment that was already sent out.

Loved the dragonfly bracelet. One was a gift and she also loved it.
