I love your jewelry and I think it holds up really well. I have been a regular costumer for years. How ever, you have stoped shipping orders in boxes and stared shipping in paper envelopes. The jewelry is not protected during shipping this way and is getting bent up. I have had to straiten out earring posts and hope they didn't just snap off. Not properly packing orders so they won't get damaged during shipping makes me hesitant about buying any more from you.

The customer service and shopping experience was great! However, I ordered a mother daughter set for Mother’s Day, and the mother’s heart stone was missing. Customer service replaced it right away with no issues! But when the second order arrived, the same thing happened again- to the mother’s bracelet - the crystal fell out of the bracelet again. So I don’t know if there’s an issue with this particular piece with manufacturing or not- but both times the stone was not secured well in the setting.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It was very easy to order online, + I received my items packaged nicely + in a timely fashion.

I love the jewelry and usually have had no problems. Recently, however, the jewelry has not been up to your usual standards. I wore a ring 2 days when a charm fell off. I wore a pearl cuff 1 day and the pearl dropped out. It seems to take a long time to get a response. I am probably not going to purchase more pieces because at this price, I do not expect this to happen.
