Shipped quickly and came sooner than expected. YAY!

I am a tall, curvy woman with wide shapely calves, so normal socks don’t fit my legs. I have tried three different brands of compression socks: men’s (to fit my calves) compression socks from Walmart, which were too loose and too long; Madewell, which fit very well and were very comfortable without any pinching or tightness, but I found them to be too scratchy; and these socks from Wellow. I bought the wide calf size large (I wear a size 10 regular shoe and a size 11 athletic shoe). These socks offer the correct amount of compression (about 15-20 mm Hg, if memory serves), which means that they are easy to don and doff; they provide enough compression to allow me to be on my feet all day without experiencing pain or muscle cramping and spasms (yea!) but don’t compress my legs to the point of discomfort; and they are actually SOFT and comfortable! I consider it a bonus that they look and feel like normal socks, instead of those ugly tan, white, grey, and black compression socks usually sold elsewhere. These socks are my choice and I would recommend them. My only complaint is that they are very very expensive. I had to take money from my savings to be able to afford enough pairs to get me through a whole week, buying an extra two pairs to spare in case my feet get wet during the week before I can do laundry.

Most of all the socks were recommended by my cardiologist and I should have trusted the first time he told me about these. Instead I had a heart event before I got smart. Do yourself a favor, buy a pair and see what you think. The company is all about your satisfaction. You have everything to gain here. Get out of your own way and just try it. No I do not work for the company in any way shape or form.

This is the second time I purchased Wellow Compression Socks and think they are great! I’m not crazy about wearing compression socks but if I have to wear them, these are the best! I tried Bambas, but the Wellows are so much better! Plus, I contacted Wellow’s Customer Service and they were terrific: very professional! Thank you Welllow!
