I love EVERYTHING Hu. But was a little nervous the new chocolate chips would be too dark without the coconut sugar. But quite the opposite. I absolutely LOVE them. They are delicious alone and of course in recipes. I’m happy to add them to my cabinet full of Hu 😅

I’ve been buying chocolate from HU for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience with every aspect of my purchase. Easy online shopping (although sometimes items are sold out in the larger quantity sizes), quick delivery and the best part…delicious chocolates!

Came across this chocolate recently due to cutting out all refined sugar from my diet. It’s the perfect thing to calm your cravings. I have started giving this chocolate as little gifts to my friends because I just think it’s so so good!

The two times I’ve made large orders direct, I’ve received older chocolate that has a gritty texture and tastes more watery. The issue isn’t freshness, it’s that the recipe changed. And it’s much better now! But the stuff I get from Hu online directly is the old stuff, so I will only purchase at the grocery store until the old batches are no longer being shipped to customers who buy direct. For the cost, I can’t justify eating inferior product just because they don’t want to waste the old batches. Sell that stuff at a discount for those who would choose it willingly.

Frequent buyer of the Snickerdoodle grain-free cookies but we had two bags that just seemed a little "off". When I inquired about a recipe change or batch issue, I was told that nothing has changed and they offered to replace those bags (plus an additional bag!). Those bags of cookies were what we have come to expect and will continue to order from Hu and appreciate their customer service and standing behind their products and quality!

After almost 3 weeks, I had yet to recieve my cookies. I sent an email, with in hours they shipped. Never recieved any sort of correspondence back which is just poor customer service and really doesn't make for a good buying experience. As far as the cookies go, they all taste pretty similar. If you are new to finding healthier products, these are definitely not going to taste like you might expect. My kids did try them but neither or them liked them. My favorite was the peanut butter because you could taste that but it's definitely not the peanut butter cookie I was used to. I won't purchase again but glad I was able to try them. Just wish it wouldn't of taken so long and the experience was overall better.

Delicious flavor and great for baking..or snacking!

Accidentally I was shipped wrong order (I ordered chocolate, but instead received couple boxes of cookies). The cookies were delicious! I didn’t have to return them and in the end I also got my chocolate!! Hu chocolate is heathy and delicious and their customer service is outstanding as well!

So great my grandkids received HU chocolates in their Easter baskets! I trust HU that much! Love HU!

Hu salty gems are the best. They taste better than the salty bar. I often eat them inside of a raspberry. That is the best treat. Thanks for the clean chocolate!

The best healthy cookies.sweet but not to sweet ,I personally love the bite size pieces and the little crunch you get with every bite.will be purchasing again and the flavor is all there.love !!!!

I enjoy having a sugar free alternative for chocolate. Tastey gems can be used for baking, I tend to just snack on them though
