This chocolate is absolutely amazing! Made chocolate chip cookies actually they were oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Wow! Seriously gourmet chocolate!

The consistency of the chocolate bars is perfect! I feel like it's rare to find a dark chocolate, coconut sugar chocolate bar that isn't rock hard. And I love that Hu figured it out. They also take quality seriously. I reached out to let them know about a change in taste I had noticed and they followed up with replacing the products I had purchased!

As someone who can't have dairy or refined sugar, I'm thrilled that Hu created these chocolate chips! I don't usually like foods sweetened with dates because I find the dates to be overpowering, but that's not the case with these! They are INCREDIBLE!

We have been buying the Gems for several years. My husband uses them as his mid day snack, and we also bake with them. We've just recently ordered the chips, because they have no sugar in them at all (other than the natural fruit sugar in the dates). They are also surprisingly delicious, although a bit expensive. I wish they were available in local stores. We like the cleanness of the Hu products!!

The concept of a healthy flavorful chocolate chip is overshadowed by the 3 weeks Time (after payment) that it took to ship it. The commitment to use a subscription for it. And the hefty price for the chips. Won’t but again.

I love the clean ingredients and natural sweetener in the chocolate chips BUT I really wish the cocao content were higher! Any way you would consider boosting that?

I wasn’t a big fan of dark chocolate… not on chocolate chip cookies , not on banana bread etc. BUT NOW… I put my HU GEM SNACKS AND THE SEMI DARK CHOCOLATE ON EVERYTHING! I don’t feel guilty because I know what the ingredients are used.

Always waiting two or three weeks till they are back in stock. I do pre order but then wait several weeks until shipment.
