Very fast delivery actually a bit too fast I ordered this when I was on the road figuring I would get home before it could possibly make it to my house boy was I wrong? Had to call the neighbor to come and get it off the front porch so it wouldn’t get too cold. I’ve been using Alumilite slow for casting Burls and pinecones with great success and it’s a lot of fun

I like your products, but customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered gallon sized Amazing white resin. When it came, the B container had less volume than the A container. I wrote back and forth to customer service multiple times and was told it was “within specs” and you would do nothing. Then, I discovered I had been right all along. The B bottle had a slow leak which leaked on my BRAND NEW solid wood floors. I wrote to you again asking for help and this time, I was COMPLETELY IGNORED. So, nice product but terrible, horrible, worst I’ve ever seen, non-existent customer service.
