I would love to give this a 5 star rating. However, I have been using Alumilite dyes for quite some time. I LOVE everything about them. This time though when i recieved them the white was perfectly fine. . . the purple though is in a bottle that is sooooo hard you can not squeeze it. It makes for a very messy and wasteful issue when trying to add purple to my resin. I called customer service where I questioned if the bottle has changed she was un aware of a change. She did say she could refund me but wanted to further investigate the bottle issue and would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. I've yet to be called back or refunded. It would be nice if someone could check into this issue as it is very frustrating and rectify the hard ,unsqueezable bottle issue as I am not the only one experiencing it. Other than that I truly LOVE the dyes

Performance 80D is incredibly sensitive to humidity to the point of being unusable. I mixed several 30g test samples in a vacuum chamber with a metal stiring rod and poured on a smooth plastic surface. The as-poured material was free of bubbles. After about 20 minutes, however, hundreds of small bubbles began to appear likely due to humidity soaking into the surface (room was 50%-60% RH). The final test pieces were brittle and broke like glass when bent.

Had an issue with the resin arriving frozen, not their fault at all. Contacted them and they gave me detailed instructions on how to mitigate the issue to make the produce useable. Thank you!
