Bakers Ranch is literally the best of the best. Me and my husband are both super super busy and barely had any time to do anything. We must of been nightmare clients lol always super late. Bakers ranch was still able to put together the most beautiful wedding I've ever seen. It was everything I ever wanted. ❤ Thank you again Bakers Ranch.

I didn’t feel like they were just planning our wedding but they became like apart on our wedding day; by making it personal, fun and got everything done! It was truly stress free and such a special day and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and efforts.

The entire team did a awesome job from start to finish! My wife and I had a vision from the start and Bakers completed it. From the ceremony continuing to the reception we had zero worries. Jaclyn was nothing short of amazing the night of, we appreciate her and the rest of the staff that handled our party the way they did. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful thanks to the bakers ranch team. Jaclyn was our wedding planner and day coordinator, I must say, she did an amazing job. The entire team was there for us and working as one. Nothing but good things to say about our experience. They also have a all the vendors you could need for your wedding, and the food… delicious! The whole team was absolutely amazing from the beginning! I had to plan from out of state and they were very attentive and helped stay on track throughout the entire planning process. The property itself is beautiful with multiple ceremony sites to choose from. My day of coordinator, Jaclyn was nothing short of amazing. We had a large bridal party and she handled it with ease. I 100% recommend Bakers Ranch, they brought my vision to life and truly are the best!!

Everyone always asked, “wow you must be so stressed planning a wedding” and all I could say was, “not at all, my venue is wonderful at taking care of everything!” That is the understatement of the century. I’m a full-time student and full-time employee living in Tallahassee while my husband held down the fort near Tampa. Bakers Ranch could not have been more helpful than they were throughout the entire process. I barely broke a sweat! I never had to stress about ANYTHING…and that’s coming from someone who likes to be in control and worries about every little thing. Melissa and the rest of Bakers Ranch made the process so easy. The day of our wedding was magical, breathtaking, beautiful, PERFECT. It exceeded all of my expectations. From the decorations to the vendors to the hourly schedule, I could not have dreamt of a more amazing night. All of our friends and family continue to rave about how perfect the entire night was and about how beautiful the venue was. From the moment we picked our date to the minute we drove off as newlyweds, Bakers Ranch did everything they could to ensure our wedding dreams would come true. They did NOT fall short. Thank you to everyone at Bakers Ranch! From the moment we toured the venue, everyone made us feel welcome and we knew that it was a judgement-free space, with the only goal of making our dream wedding a reality. Special shout out to our coordinators Melissa and Jeremy who truly worked magic and made sure everything was seamless. Planning was low stress and they made sure our questions were always answered. Communication was always open and emails are returned promptly. Every single part of our ceremony and reception was flawless and perfectly done. The entire day was everything we imagined it would be, plus so much more. All four of the ceremony sites are stunning, but we picked Infinity Forest and absolutely loved the result. Having the cocktail hour tables and reception site so close to the ceremony sites was ideal, especially for guests unable to walk far distances. The whole team at bakers ranch was amazing from the get go for us. Monthly reminders and tips were always given without ask. Anytime I had a question, they responded so quickly and didn’t make us feel like a burden. Huge shoutout to Alexis for on the day of our wedding. She was so amazing with everything. I knew how much she helped me, but found out afterwards from other people other behind the scenes things she did I had no idea were going on. Stress free and so easy. Made our day the best day. 11/10 would recommend this venue.

All I can say is I was not the only one raving about how fanastic our wedding night was thanks to the wedding planners at Bakers Ranch! I had been searching for the perfect venue for my husband and I to celebrate with our friends and when I stumbled upon their website I fell in love with everything!! I was one of those unfortunate brides that had to plan everything virtual due to COVID but even with that set back Alexis and Jeremy did amazing the day of! Everything came together so smoothly, from the helpful scheduling for my tastings since I could only visit from California for a limited time before our wedding day, to the stress free day of that both my husband and I experienced. Everyone was so attentive and eager to do whatever it took to make our day perfect and they really exceeded our expectations. Definitely a venue and staff that I will be recommending to absolutely every bride I know, the prices may seem intimidating but everything was so worth it in the end.
